We have three eggs left and my wife is keen to use up some chicken sausage that’s been in the freezer for too long. Not having high hopes for tomorrow morning’s offering.

She ended up making breakfast quesadillas that turned out pretty well. The chicken sausages were better than I thought, considering they were infused with maple syrup.

I wouldn’t even know how to describe what cottage cheese tastes like if I had to. It tastes exactly like the color white, I guess.

I like to add a couple of spoonfuls to Chef Boyardee ravioli. Soooooo fucking good.
