everywhere seems to be cod, which is disappointing. i was spoiled growing up in wisconsin: walleye, bluegill, etc.

i made a home made pizza with 7-grain dough, evoo, tomato sauce, mozzarella, diced onion and orange pepper, slow-cooked ham, and chopped arugula
it was delicious
