i used the mini ones last week for the first time in a really long time...they worked out okay
i baked some chicken tenders a few days after and used the remaining tortilla's to make chicken wraps with lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing
how many times have you listened to Linger today?
just once...it was on pandora while i was washing dishes...i truly love that song
its funny because I came across a cover of that from someone on youtube a few weeks ago and it was quite good

I do it in the crock pot...beef chunks..onion, potatoes, carrots, celery and garlic cloves..I also add a cup of red wine and a couple cups of brewed coffee..oregeno, a bit of sage...and I cheat because I love this stuff with it..also add a packet of knorrs vegetable soup mix and bouillon
set the crock pot on low for a minimum of 12 hours

its only about 5 months now...some of the loafs come out a bit heavy but still quite tasty
