That 2.62 team ERA over the last sixteen games is pretty crazy for whatif. Somewhere around that thirty game mark, Maddux, Hunter, and Perry remembered that they're Hall of Famers. Maddux has been just ridiculous over his last five starts. Five quality starts, 4-0 record, 1.00 ERA, 0.89 WHIP. If Maddux, Hunter, and Perry can keep it up, my guys can be dangerous, even without much of an offense. Spending all of my top picks on pitchers seems much less stupid than it did 2-3 weeks ago. Hopefully the next four days don't make it look stupid again.
