I would argue that your Constitution causes more grief than anything else. We here in Australia also have a Constitution you know, as do many other (most?) countries. Ours is 219 years old. To paraphrase Jim Jefferies "Not sure what it says, but everything seems to be working out nicely enough".
The US Constitution though is the only one you hear about over and over again. Must be pretty special.
That KKK rally walking with what looks like protection from the cops, which right is it protects them carrying Nazi flags? That’s hardly freedom of speech no? Surely that should be a banned symbol? It is in most of Europe And can lead to imprisonment if you carry one or display one
So the KKK bloke's constitutional right is upheld and that somehow doesn't infringe on my Jewish mate's rights at all? He lost all 4 grand-parents to concentration camps, but suck it up buttercup.
