The bronze medal game was on around 7-8 am today. If you were asleep by halftime of last night's game you should have been up for the bronze medal game. My 3 month old made sure to be up for both...

Must say it never occurred to me that we weren't to discuss results here.

Its almost always the case that the important games are purposely on at US prime time, always has been.

I mean, the NBA Finals were played at 9am my time but on workdays, so I knew to stay out of the NBA thread for the day (and off social media generally) until I got home at 5, 8 hours later, and could watch.

But I get it - wrong thread for my comments. Again, sorry.

3v3 is new, yeah?

These are my questions:
- why did they do this in addition to normal 5v5?
- did the men play 3v3, if not why not?
- why didn’t baseball have a home run derby competition?
- why didn’t soccer have a penalty shot competition?
- why didn’t they leave the linemen at home and have a 7v7 football competition?
- why is Maria Taylor on the coverage team, I thought she was cancelled?
- why are there so many Simone Biles haters? Oops sorry that one’s off topic.
