FINALLY managed to pull off decent soft boiled eggs this morning. Having those with an English muffin.

We have a gizmo that cuts the top of the shell off so you can then scoop out the egg like you’re the queen of England.

Man omelets are so much better with onion in them. It’s almost pointless to do without.

This was easy and perfect. Rubbing butter on top once plated is clutch.
