Maybe. Most protestors were further apart than stadium seating would allow. My big concern would be the unpaid student athletes more or less directly exchanging body fluids for four hours and then going back on campus on Monday.

The temperature check stuff is really dumb shit. The number of people going to a rally with a fever that would be screened out is miniscule compared to the likely number of asymptomatic people walking through the door.

I dunno, some of those Trump fans might have become vectors who carried the disease back to their communities and hurt vulnerable people, but some of them also might have died, so it's impossible to say whether this is bad or good.
