i got a mild touch of heat stroke early evening yesterday after doing tennis drills. it was 94 degrees in the direct sun. not smart on my part.

They do not hold medical degrees.

Today I fell down while running and whacked my head off a boulder.

Pretty simple really. My neck fucking hurt, a lot. Went to a chiro for a few months and in the end felt much better. Problem really hasn’t returned.
