I shaved last night and I hate the way my face feels if I go more than 5 days without shaving, so no thanks.

There's a song on this called "So Cold" and another called "World So Cold" and they could conceivably face each other in the 5th round. Let's make this happen.

When did the first wave of nu-metal die off? How long does a music have to be absent from the cultural landscape before a new wave of bands is considered a "revival?"

I would say that Nu Metal began in 1994, ran at full might from 1997 - 2003, and the last rattle ended by 2007. Maybe?
