Probably the thing I miss the most about the south. Unbelievable how bad pimento cheese is everywhere else in the country.E.H. our local cheese shop has a monthly thing for like $20 a month and they give you stuff for joining..anyway, just went to get this months
and its an irish cheddar, a castle blue, a small jar of a local honey and a sliver of triple cream brie...we'll dig in after dinner
