Tossed and turned a lot. My sleep app said I exited the bed 4 times for a total of 14 minutes though. None of which is true.

i've been waking up between 5:30 and 5:45 every morning for a week for no reason, no matter what time I go to bed. I was asleep at midnight last night, and I'm exhausted today.

Finished basements in the great white north are very insulated and heated well, friend. But I welcome a cooler bedroom always.

Didn’t move until 4:20 when the boy dogs wanted to go outside. They’ve done that every morning this week.

last week I peed 3 times a night for 3 straight nights...so annoying..back to averaging 1 a night again

Woke up at 4am with anxious feelings - no idea why. Tossed and turned for an hour, then back up at 7am or so. Currently considering a nap.
