I give it 5 bags of popcorn and some food coloring to dye the popcorn the same color as Eilish's hair.
I agree with this. I get that it’s a good song and all but for some reason it just doesn’t stick with me.
it's definitely not one of her stronger songs (which is why i'm surprised that it has so many plays on spotify)
That "Like it like that, like it like that" part fits right into most pop-music stations. It's the one part I don't love about the song, if only for that reason.

Wow, if this is one of her weaker songs, I'm in for a treat.

Haven't you heard Bad Guy? It's the only other song of hers on in this list. Not sure it's better than this song. Definitely different. I recommend giving that whole album a try. It's worth it

and this isn't even among her most-played songs by a long shot (sorry, don't mean to derail, but i love this song)

I've heard "Bad Guy" and like it. But to be honest I've never really given her music a fair shake; I'd always search for her, watch about 20 seconds of whatever video came up until inevitably some fake blood or insects or something else would start coming out of her eyes, and then I'd roll my eyes and turn it off. I didn't relate to that kind of thing when I was her age and really have no use for it now. But I admit that's not fair to her music. And maybe that was only 1-2 videos that were like that that I just kept seeing over and over again, I'm really not sure. Oh well, now I know to just listen.
For some reason I was under the impression she was on the list like 7 more times so I'll dig in some more on my own, starting with the song Chris posted.

I am not into everything she does, which seems hyper stylized (though not performative) and works for me sometimes more than others, but she is always striking (and as someone argued, she, sort of like Fiona Apple did, manages to convey wisdom and experience that belies her age and helps make her music feel compelling, rather than like the aural representation of her videos). This was a good song.

Billie Eilish is a fucking revelation. One of the true great artists out there today. She's amazing.

I will not be helping add more songs tomorrow or throughout the weekend. Just a heads up in case somebody else wants to help out

If there’s a song you haven’t commented on yet, just reference the list on the first page 1st post and let us know what you think about the song. It’s never too late

We're only a few songs in, it's not like we can't correct course. How about no new songs until Monday, give people a chance to catch up, and see if any dialogue unfolds?
