I just lost about 16 pounds and can show you how to easily

Weight lifting for 20 min, cardio for 20.

Five times a week.

Lower carbs

Drink tons of water

Im doing 30 min of cardio and 25 of some weight lifting, trying to go every day.

This week has not been good tough.

The working out helps, but what you actually eat counts just as much so don't sweat not making it to the gym

im eating so much better than 4 years ago.

yeah I traded chips for apple slices. I buy them all pre sliced up so it's easy and I have no excuses.
