Yes, MYT should have been accepted into the tournament. It was wrong to keep that account out. In that, Skitch has my support. However, kosmicjelli is by no means a legitimate "Pop Culture Figure."

Are we allowed to create second accounts when it comes time to vote? As long as they don't have gifs for signatures?
