Some stuff that no doubt technically fits the definition, but generally art rock is a big red flag for me.

Talking Heads are considered art rock. One of the most groove-heavy bands I can think of.

I hate to get all Ackchyually Andy on you, but I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR TAKE ON ART ROCK.

New Miley record isn't bad. Feels like a B+/C- on first listen. But I could see it opening up a lot on repeats.

Don't know anything about the band but really enjoy the groove of this song: Charlie Needs Braces - Saltwater People
