yeah, maybe thats how they could be turned. To actually get them to think about their individuals more.

Carol and Manousos each have a piece of what they need to turn off the collective, and I imagine they'll put it together somehow in the finale but disagree about what they should do with it, and that's the cliffhanger the season will end on.

I miss when shows had like 20 episodes in a season. Very much enjoying it, but that didn’t feel like a season finale to me

Really liked the finale. I expected a cliffhanger of sorts. That is Gilligan's style. He doesn't tie things up at the end of a season.
Thankfully season 2 has already been greenlit and they can get to work on it ASAP

fantastic episode, two moments absolutely broke my heart:

when Zosia told Carol that the hive loves Manousos the same as it loves Carol, and

the reveal about the hive having Carol's eggs for the stem cells; I'd already guessed it, but Carol's rage and sadness at the reveal of Zosia's deception made it feel new

They built the cul-de-sac Carol lives on to avoid breaking bad house shenanigans, but if you check the coordinates on Apple Maps you can see a vestige of a certain episode 35.16535° N, 106.74617° W

Great from start to finish. No notes.

Consistent excellence throughout the season. No intense highs like Breaking Bad per se, but it was still a joy to watch the filmmaking.
