You know, I was kind of sceptical of this tournament concept at first, but it's been fun so far. No shortage of great songs for the taking; I'm enjoying watching other people's lists come together as much as I had picking mine.

Nice to see some ZZ Top love. They were great in the 70's.

I'm finding it a lot harder to get my list in order for this tournament. I have no clear hierarchy, especially as I can wait on most of my favorite artists because they have plenty of songs i'd be happy to have. So right now I've got about 14 songs I want for 4 open slots and it's all basically a toss up.

Question for stip: If I picked a song by, for example, Herbie Hancock in the 1960s tournament, does that mean I can't pick one by him in the 70s or 80s tournaments? Just wanted to clarify that. Thanks!

that's fine. You just can't use two from the same decade. But if Hancock was in another band you could use him twice

Booooo!
Good luck, sir. No one deserves those. Especially twice.

I've never had them (knock on wood). But I imagine it to be one of the worst experiences of anyone's life. Getting them is one of my biggest fears.

Passing a stone feels like your spine is snapping in half while you're trying to vomit.
On the plus side, the painful part is moving the stones from kidney to bladder (that's the small tube). Actually peeing them out doesn't hurt at all.

One of my all time favorites. Couldn't go any longer without it on my team.

In the same boat over here. Will be interesting after the draft to see how everyone went about making their pics.
