Not trying to be a dick here, but perhaps we should consider replacing PHATJ? This draft tends to move so fast that it's going to be very hard to create short lists, etc, if he ends up having 4-5 picks all bunched up. He expressed early on that he wouldn't be here much, but I don't think anyone anticipated that he would go 4-5 days without even checking the thread. It really has the potential to make this draft a lot more difficult to keep track of or plan for.

Let's see how the rest of the day goes. I don't think there's anyone who would replace him, so ultimately it'll just go from a ten team league to a nine team league, which means there really isn't much benefit to dropping him, especially since if he is sitting on more than two picks at a time he just gets skipped immediately.
