Int'l trailer for Civil War. I like this one more than the American version. Feels tighter and more affecting as a result.

I hate it when trailers blink to black every six to seconds like that one does. It makes it very hard to watch.

punisher - not needed
speedbal/nitro - not needed since they have sokovia to start the ball rolling
FF- would be nice to see a house divided like that but they are doing so with the avengers
Goliath - this was to show how serious things have gotten. i am sure they will find other ways
Xmen - with no nitro no need for wolverine
Osborn - not needed
Pym - Would help to show him next to tony but its already been established he hates stark over in antman
ms marvel - good chance to have her cameo and be along side tony. but would take to much to introduce a key component
Clor - the animosity between tony and thor is established, this would secure the wedge between them
Cage and Jones - while vital components this was to show how it affects a family/group that had more to lose than just their freedom to defend

sadly....

see, speedball was part of a group of young superheros doing a reality tv show. for ratings they went after d list baddies.

nitro was one (a mutant) whom they chased and namorita confronted him near a school. unbeknownst to her he was using MGH (mutant growth hormone) and to get away he detonated near a bus, killing all the new warriors except speedball. so he was the face of the stamford incident.

right away all the heroes were on the scene trying to clean up and rescue anyone trapped when rumors started spreading about the SHRA (superhuman registration act). Tony thought it was a plausible idea while Cap didnt.

when the cap was asked to bring in the heroes who he didnt think would register he went rogue and a few heroes went on his side. goliath being one, and cage and jones while not wanting to pick a side didnt want to register.

in the aftermath the human torch was attacked because he was blase about the whole stamford incident, citing that he has helped save the world countless times that these people were not even aware of. he is hospitalized.

at midnight when the bill went into affect Shield, using stark technologies began tracking down unregistered heroes.

on caps side were goliath, cable, cloak and dagger, falcon and a few others. cap went to pym but at this point pym already sided with tony.

lured to a false alarm of innocents involved in an explosion, tonys group, (spiderman, sue storm, reed richards [thing sat this out] and others) began to fight. tony and cap stopped to talk it out when cap neutralized tonys armor.

shield sent in Raganark (Clor - thor + clone) who ended up killing goliath. some heroes swapped sides from each, including spiderman who at this point had announced his secret identity to the world to as an act of good faith.

as peter escapes shield and tony release the new thunderbolts to capture him and two (jack olantern and the jester are both shot in the head by the punisher but not before spiderman inhales toxic fumes).

throughout all this ms marvel is tonys second in command and while she adds to the comics story, probably would not work in the movie without knowing all her back history.

Really curious if they're going to go all in and end this how they ended this in the comic books. And if they do who will pull the trigger?

But
Spoiler: show
Isn't Captain America scheduled to be in the Infinity Wars movies? I thought I read that somewhere?

in the comics he was sent back in time and managed to make it back for Seige.

while im sure they wont go this route it wouldnt surprise me if they did "off him" they would use the skin tissue regenerator from dr cho to revive him

Yes! I knew that reminded me of something. One of the better trailers last night, second to Jason Bourne!

Thank you - I didn't realised they'd released anything for the new Bourne film. That's at the top of my 'To watch' list for this year

Definitely check it out, it's only 30 seconds but more than enough to get me pumped. PS sorry for hijacking the thread. We should prob start a new Bourne one if we haven't already.
