We did that in my high school jewelry fabrication class but I had a tough time seeing what I wanted and was really unhappy with the cast piece. Also, the machine didn't spin right and there was a bubble with no place to hide it.

I decided to give it a try. At work we carry casting equipment and I had no clue how to even sell it because I had no idea about the process.
There's a seasoned goldsmith above our store, so I'm going to ask him to help me with the actual casting. Then I can recast at home using sand.
