i havent read much from the actual actors but here are my guesses

RDJ and evans are probably either dead or retire as their respective counter parts. my guess is Stark dies defending the earth and Cap retires to try to live the normal life he missed out on and bucky takes over

hemsworth has stated he would like to do more thors so i think its safe to say he lives

renner is the wildcard. he and scarlett are the only two non extrordinary humans on the team. clint more than blackwidow is the every day person can do what is needed to be considered a hero. he has a wife and kids and can easily retire to enjoy those comforts but is driven by something more. i think killing him will have more consequences than stark or others (in term of story telling not emotional attachement)

panther, ant-man and wasp, spiderman, falcon, bucky, war machine and banner will all survive (banner is in a group of his own as he wont be getting any solo movies so kiling him will only remind people of this)

the guardians all still have at least one more movie in their contracts but based on the success i can see them all staying together as long as gunn is doing the movies

I bet Hulk is safe. As long as his visual effects look good, he's going to be a fan favorite for a long time to come. He had to be a big draw on the last Thor. Kids love the shit out of Hulk.

Guardians are carrying some baggage right now. How many of them are there? 8? I say they shuffle the deck a little here.
