I'm sure I'll do the same. I keep saying I'm not going to keep watching Bridesmaids on FX but then I do. Every single time.Mecca wrote:I'll watch it in 4 years on FX or TBSdurdencommatyler wrote:Oh I'm gonna see the fuck out of this movie.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

You know, this is a trend I've been noticing in "alternative comedy" lately. It's devolving into straight-up little kid humor, except with sexual references included to make it "edgy." Comedy Central is filled with utterly, painfully unwatchable variety shows like this (Not Safe with Nikki Glaser, that Hannibal Burress show). It's so bizarre. It really feels like an R-rated version Nickelodeon or the Disney Channel or something.bodysnatcher wrote:just watched that second trailer. it's all i need to see. what a terrible looking movie. i wouldn't even watch this on TBS.
it looks like Disney's version of the Ghostbusters, so much so that I had to check the wiki page to see who produced this.
and trump is the repub. nominee. Idiocracy was really brilliant in retrospect.LoathedVermin72 wrote:You know, this is a trend I've been noticing in "alternative comedy" lately.
