that's a weirdly cynical thing to say
Mickey hates me because of my politics and he’s a relentless asshole. Posts like this are all his way of trying to look smart.

I have no problem with people that don’t like Trump. My own girlfriend works for the Democrat party. Mickey is just an asshole. And it was a great antique shop find!

I found it in a antique shop about 15 years ago. When I saw it, I obviously had to buy it.

No kidding. The book is fascinating.

Well, considering it’s over 1,000 pages long, I’m sure there are plenty.

up to vitalogy on my chronological listen (i really want to listen to gigaton but I want to get there at the end of the journey). the hollow, sneering, wounded sound they got on not for you is incredible

it tells you something about how astonishingly good this album is that you could plausibly consider betterman a lesser track

I adore Whipping; it's the perfect "blues / rock 'n roll masquerading as grunge" song

"Betterman" reminds me that Pearl Jam always did that thing that I eventually grew to find annoying: minor / dark verse, major / sunny chorus, smooshed together in the same song
the approach doesn't work in "Infallible"
I took a long time to appreciate it in "Green Disease"
but here, they do it perfectly
