Yes it did... Just watched that episode tonight.
That Jackie, though... what a HPoA!
Glad to see FU back in the saddle... already manipulating tha bitch Claire, again, too.
You could tell she was disappointed that he lived through the surgery.
I hope he kills her hard!
Jackie is not attractive

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

this season was better, but I had to skip through all the public speeches. Its just tedious. They kinda replaced the trashy shit with... um... not much, but its still better for it.

Nobody else noticed what giant pussies they were about the terrorist guys? They had to make them white dudes from Tennessee. Not that white dudes from Tennessee can't be terrorists but they were obviously terrified of any backlash whatsoever.
Jackie has a face like a Halloween mask.

And the Underwood running mate situation is beyond unbelievable for so many reasons. I get its just a TV show but let's keep things within at least some small realm of believability.

Me too but they didn't give him much to work with. Might as well of still been playing RoboCop.

Shit - I was hoping they'd flesh his character out a bit more.

Watching episode 6...
Kate Mara
What I'd do to have her straddle me like that. Not a huge fan of the short hair, but still an absolute stunner.
I'd totally smash out Jackie, too.
I found the Frank dream/coma sequences a bit too like Sopranos-like, but not as good. They felt overtly, obviously sinister whereas Sopranos managed to make Tony's coma stuff subtly sinister and it worked much better.
But still, I'm reeling over Kate Mara. I think I love her.
Edit - Watching Chapter 46 now...
- Spoiler: show
- dominique mcelligott is more than a worthy replacement in terms of eye candy

i am on ep 11 of the 4th season. i have finally lost interest. its is like a soap opera, with forced plot developments, and hard to believe story lines
- Spoiler: show
- husband/wife ticket is ridiculous and would NEVER happen.
Re-introducing Freddy, developing his hatred kind of out of nowhere, then connecting him to the reporter guy - all seemed REALLY forced.
The Claire/Tom love story is i don't know....stupid.

Wasn't Tom gay? Is he not gay now? Such a silly show.

I watched the new season last week, I liked it. I get that a lot of this stuff is far-fetched, but considering real life right now, it's not as far-fetched as it might have seemed.

Tom is a horrible actor. He tries to do the sensitive emo writer but just comes off sounding lobotomized.

This felt like a better season, and it was interesting to see the emphasis on Claire. The dark humor was there and a little warmth, unlike season 3's persistent Stamper Storm Cloud.
- Spoiler: show
- Honestly, I was going to quit the show the episode before the assassination attempt, but thought I'd give it one more spin. It did change the tenor of the show. Where does it go though? Can they escape the expose? Do they obliterate the middle east? Does Remy live after going on the record? Does Doug give it all up?

It was definitely better than 3, even with all of this season's ridiculessness.
