Huh. Turns out, I've only seen one Matt Reeves film. Cloverfield. And I really like that movie. So, I guess, I can't be too upset that they've hired him. I'll see what he can do with it. But my gut instinct is to feel disappointed. Ah well. I'll wait and see what the trailers look like.

I enjoy the Planet of the Apes movies but they are nothing special at all. Forgettable entertainment.

I think this will be a failure.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is an aggressively bad movie

I liked it.

Also, I don't care about this movie.

LV loves Batman & Robin so his understanding of a good batman movie is pretty different from mine.

I agree that Reeves seems like a very safe choice based in those planet of the apes movies. I do love Cloverfield though.

Only if someone gives him a lozenge. I liked the BVS Batman voice way better.

Seems like every time I read something about Ben Affleck it has to do with him being nervous about his career.
