Had two fresh dark breakfast rolls today, with brown cheese on two halves, and ham with a low fat soft cheese on the other two halves. Ate them as four open pieces. Was excellent.

That looks totally manageable. If I had to guess, I'd say the full English that defeated dad included two sausages and toast.

I couldn’t do the pork ‘n’ beans. I can’t stand them. Everything else looks ok. I’d definitely try the blood pudding.
