Every time I try something new that works, it seems to lose its effect after a few weeks. Praying for this not to.

Dropped a nice, coiled snake earlier this morning. Wasn't quite as girthy as my larger ones usually are, and pushed out easily. Wiping wasn't bad. I'll give it a B+

I'm going to start snorting them. I just need to make sure i'm getting at least some fiber every day. I used to be a regular 8:30-9:00am pooper and i'd love to get back to that.

I ain't got blueberries rn. But the dang protein powder I use with greek yogurt is plant based and has some dadgum fiber at a not bad level

not a good poop today. pretty constipated. lots of wiping. hadn't pooped in a couple of days, and haven't been pooping well since starting the new job. i've also not been pooping at home. i've had to go in for all sorts of new hire admin stuff. hoping I'll only have to go in tomorrow for a few more odds and ends, and then start teleworking permanently and pooping in the comfort of my own home.

Do you like to poop in the nude?

i just like using a squatty potty. makes the transaction feel complete.
