Wild stuff.
Hmm. Can't see them. How are you finding them?
Desktop only. On the timeline scroll around and beneath the albums you'll see what looks like a barcode, that's a tour itinerary. You should see a white dot above the bar code that means a show is uploaded that you can listen to. Its one full track so you can't skip around too easily, but they're GREAT listens.

Nothing is easy with this maniac.

Don't mind me, I'm just refreshing every 5 minutes to see if Archives II has leaked.

I am appreciative of every thing Neil has done in showcasing his legacy thus far, but this is when NYA is truly coming into its own for me. Despite his early declaration in Shakey, the Archives have not been "warts and all". Adding unreleased shows to the timeline is a step in that direction though. I started with the 2009 show this evening and it sounds amazing.

A lot of people can find a lot of reasons to kvetch with Neil. Some of them warranted, but I never let it really get to me. But this is the first time I'm genuinely upset/pissed off at our cantankerous North Star. We're not getting the full archives 2 to stream tomorrow on NYA. They'll be releasing the discs sporadically until March when the retail CDs are finally available to everyone. They're only making Disc 1 available tomorrow. Yeah, its minor but I was so excited to dive into the entire set tomorrow. Total bummer.

Agreed. I'd be less concerned about this if I was confident that my "limited edition" (first run of 3000) box set would be showing up on time, as in tomorrow. There doesn't seem to be a clear answer as to whether that's the case. This release has been so royally botched in almost every respect that I'm just going to assume that nobody will get a physical product until March and be happily surprised if they come before that.

It would be nice if they sent a tracking number, so we can have an idea of when to expect it. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get it this weekend, but expectations are low.

Good call - I was assuming they would send an email when shipped and didn't think to try to log into my acct. This is my first purchase from them since I signed up to buy this. My Greedy Hand dashboard says "shipped!" However, when I click the tracking #, the UPS site says label created on 11/17 and no updates after that.

Now I will be refreshing this constantly :)

Might not be be on the Spotify, homie. Might just be NYA.

Now he's saying "ALL THE MUSIC AND INFOCARDS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR OUR SUBSCRIBERS AT 9AM PST, DISCS 1-10 ARE IN THE CABINET"

What the hell does that mean? Are we getting everything today? Or will it be piecemeal, disc by disc until March like he said earlier in the week.

Fuckin' hell Neil.

With all the projects and releases he has going on at this time, maybe the old man just got really super confused and isn't sure what is supposed to be released today.

This seems to be the case for everyone, NYA says shipped, UPS has no info. Seems like the best we can hope for is delivery sometime next week or after the holiday.

What a mess. Really hope yesterday's strange piecemeal announcement is old news and all the music comes to NYA at 9am.

That Ambulance Blues outtake just posted is really nice though.

EDIT: UPS now says delivery due by 9pm tonight, holy shit. I'm excited.

I can see it not coming to Spotify right away, but it'd be wild if it wasn't until March considering they've put the singles up there.
