Yeah, we got the title first. They posted it on Twitter well before the teaser.dimejinky99 wrote:Am I remembering wrong or did we get the title of force awakens before the teaser?
Pretty sure we got the title first

Rogue One opens in China tonight.
Ahsoka isn't good enough for us jabronies and Ruddo and I need to let go our dream of seeing her on the big screen.
Obi-Wan probably kills Maul in the Rebels S3 finale but no one knows for sure.
Everyone has different opinions about how to handle Leia moving forward.
Star Wars is awesome.

Wellllllllll, not really. They're only mentioned that one time, in TPM. At least from what I've watched so far. The episodes of The Clone Wars that I've watched that are about Anakin merely mention how he's the Chosen One and how truly powerful he is. They almost seem to purposefully steer away from any mention of midichlorians. Thank god.tragabigzanda wrote:And yet we still have midichlorians.durdencommatyler wrote:For some reason, he lived. It was probably midichlorians that saved him.tragabigzanda wrote:And yet we still have midichlorians.durdencommatyler wrote:For some reason, he lived. And he's in The Clone Wars TV show. I already talked about this. But they are referenced beyond TPM. But, again, they walk it all back. So it's fine. It's basically canon at this point that midichlorians are a thing but that they are an indication of possible Force sensitivity and not a measure of The Force itself. Now that they've got that loose working definition, they can/should/will/have abandoned referencing them further.wease wrote:Wellllllllll, not really. They're only mentioned that one time, in TPM. Are they mentioned further in books or something?durdencommatyler wrote:I already talked about this. But they are referenced beyond TPM. But, again, they walk it all back. So it's fine. I don't really read any of the EU stuff. So it must be talked about in one of the other prequel films. Or it's something I've just heard people (who have read the books) talk about. Or maybe I'm making it up. But it's pretty clear in my head that they discuss it further and kind of dial down the impact. Maybe I'm crazy.wease wrote:Are they mentioned further in books or something?durdencommatyler wrote:I already talked about this. But they are referenced beyond TPM. But, again, they walk it all back.
