Seems pretty reckless for the NY Post to name an alleged shooter prior to any arrest, but I suppose thats why they are the NY Post. (regarding the Portland shooting)

is it cause he's on the lamb and they want people to try and find him

Some of the headlines implied he had been charged or that a warrant had been issued (that he IS the shooter, which is inaccurate beyond the normal presumption of innocence). I believe police are on record saying to the effect that he's a potential suspect. Perhaps that has changed.

1) What is the victim's name

2) Is he a member of Patriot Prayer

3) Does he have a history of gun stuff
