To answer the question: no, the shooting victim was not a patriot prayer member.

Probably doesn't matter at this point. Looks like the gloves have come off in the last couple of nights and the Portland cops are cracking down harder and holding a few more people. Crowds are dwindling. We'll see.

1) What is the victim's name

2) Is he a member of Patriot Prayer

3) Does he have a history of gun stuff
