It's a pretty funny interview because it's quickly apparent that they are both people who talk over others

Even with Kim Gordon being a snob, and SY being new yorkers snoby guys, which im sure they are, i do believe both Courtney and Billy are insufferable assholes specially around 91 - 98.

I am pro-Courtney and pro-Billy despite (or perhaps because of) all their lunacy. It's nice to see they're on good terms.

I tapped out after 15 mins. Courtney is a scatterbrained maniac. The namedropping is insane. And Billy was on his "the answer I was looking for was..." bullshit. Yikes.

Its interesting they both say Thurston and Steve from SY were super nice. I imagine those two being the more friendly guys from SY in the early 90s with the other alt bands from that era.
Its also kinda cool the whole band loves Pearl Jam so much, thats a testament on how cool the band is with their peers.

Loved the podcast with Auf Der Maur. Didnt know they were so close and that Billy had so much to do with her playing in Hole.

The band did a livestream with the funeral of Zero and they played a pretty fucking cool show to announce the new tour, which seems to be a Mellon Collie tour.

Turbo cringe might be putting it lightly.

He's lost the sauce. I love Silversun Pickups, but they haven't released anything important under him, for example. This is little more than a weird Billy nostalgia name check and will be super shitty.

Probably yeah, but he also talked with Butch a few years ago. I always like the idea of Billy working with a producer.

It's hard for me to imagine that the guy capable of making "Hooray" has any good musical ideas left at this point. Though it's also hard for me to imagine that the guy who made "Hooray" is the same guy who made "Mayonaise". Has there ever been a worse musical falloff in history?

He definitely needs a producer. Won’t be sd or mcis but it could be enjoyable if properly recorded / mixed etc…
