i've tried that exact one, but it doesn't work as well with thyme as with rosemary. i think because the leaves are more fragile, they tend to break at the stem.tragabigzanda wrote:these things are actually really helpful for thyme:

Just stick the end of it onto a cordless drill. Hold your peeler still and pull the trigger.
