It's mostly on twitter where I find him to be super cringy. Lots of "good morning Hamilfriends! Make today beautiful! I love you. Your friend, Lin" platitudes

I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Well I'm glad we've decided that "I've never seen it but I'm sure it's bad" is an opinion worth posting, this opens things up considerably

It's damn near perfect. And I'm not a big musical person. And while it was cast incredibly, Philippa Soo absolutely stole the show
It really is.

And it's amazing to me that Soo didn't get more love in her run. I think she plays better on film, too. There's some juicy subtlety to her work that I think one misses in a 1300 seat theatre.

I'm so glad you liked it. Though theatre is my life, I'm also not big into musical theatre in general. But Hamilton is beyond special. I think I could watch it every day.

I saw a show at the Seattle 5th Avenue Theatre called “Kinky Boots” and while the subject material is something I never would have chosen on my own and went in thinking it would suck, we had free tickets and it was really well done and I actually really enjoyed it.

Perhaps what women secretly desire is a man who is fundamentally a woman.

I liked it. Its not super funny, but it has its moments and a lot of heart. Both Ferrell and McAdams are wonderful, followed closed by Dan Stevens and Brosnan.
Yeah I agree. I found it enjoyable, but not often laugh-out-loud funny. Really pretty movie too, the HDR really brought out a lot from both the Icelandic landscapes and the crazy elaborate stage performances.
Agree with all of this. We queued it up on a quarantine Saturday afternoon, while my wife wasn’t feeling too well. Just what we needed, a sweet and funny movie that was nice to look at and transported us to a faraway place.

We watched Hamilton Friday night; it was as good as I’d remembered. A couple years ago at a PJ show, I walked right into the actor who played Hamilton in Chicago’s production and told him he was better than LMM, and I think I was right.

I've never seen Kinky Boots but I'm sure it's great. Thank you for reading this post
