You guys I promise you what I just made puts anything you have ever made to shame.

NY Steak / Onion / Mushroom pasta with worcestershire/bleu cheese sauce. I created it myself as I went. You would order this at a restaurant. $25 easily. And you would go back at least once a week for it.

It only took 35 years of life and like 5 years of watching Chopped / Top Chef / etc. to get the general concepts down. I gotta be honest I fucking killed it.
