I'm already a little annoyed at how similar the droid is to K2 already. Feels like a retread.

yeah it feels like empowered female extra sassy version of k2..lets hope its a character you like..at this stage it doesnt seem like a droid Lando would have around him..

I don't know. She's a bit sassy and vivacious (new for a droid) whereas 3PO was prissy and K2SO was a downer. They're similar in that they have voices and real human personalities, but again they're both aping 3PO in that regard.
Nothing will be as bad as Jar Jar because no one lets Lucas near star wars anymore
