I had a really good buffalo cauliflower dip at a super bowl party once. The person that made it was vegan and shared some really great recipes.

also just use regular ol' northeast steamer clams for chowder, you don't need to go with anything else

I don’t have 38 hours for shucking those tiny things.

I put bacon and potatoes in (with onion and celery). I thought that was standard.
