As I've said before, my grandfather had dementia. He took both of these tests. When he scored a 23/30, he had already called the police about the strange woman in his house (his wife). Trump is describing dementia exams, and he's describing them as if they are not dementia exams and it really was hard.

I have zero experience with this, but my wife has administered this "test" to innumerable patients and says he's not the worst patient she's ever seen talk about their experience.
