Trump’s lawyers are arguing that the subpoena is in ‘bad faith,’ though Vance has called this a ‘baseless’ argument. The judge overseeing the case, U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero, ruled against Trump just last year and has scheduled arguments to be submitted by mid-August. This follows last month’s Supreme Court decision ruling against Trump’s assertion that he cannot be criminally investigated while in office.

Cy Vance is independently elected as the District Attorney for New York County. The federal government has no jurisdiction concerning his work or his career.

He really seems to be losing it. That interview was just tragic.

There are whispers that he's been having mini strokes for a while. My Dad had dementia and had those for his last two years. They really made him drop abilities in noticeable steps when they happened. Not dissimilar here.
