She has a dishwasher, but I loaded it. I even rinsed all the plates first,even though she says it's not necessary.

so the amount of live clams that i would've needed for the soup would've cost me about $40 (not to mention the time to shuck because they're so small and I needed a lot of them). the canned clams cost me $15. I'm not good at math, but even I can figure that out.

I always rinse before loading the dishwasher.

It’s interesting to me that you pointed out she has a dishwasher.

That is something I totally take for granted that every home has one. Very surprised when there isn’t one.

I've never had a lobster roll before. It just doesn't seem right for some reason.
