Also, this got me thinking....pj never made this show up did they? They played san diego and san jose in the fall but didnt return to san fran till....?? 2006....

Why? He needs to check his own lyrics. It makes sense for him to use one on someone else’s song.

Very cool indeed. I knew most of those parts but in classic stone fashion....he sure has an interesting approach to playing the guitar. I love it. That's what I used to love about his song writing and his approach to the guitar. Interesting chord variations all over the first handful of records.

That Life Wasted riff and Parachutes might be the last top notch contributions Stone has made to the band.

That was incredibly cool, Stone is the best.

Seriously though, I had no idea Life Wasted was put together like that. I always just bash away on power chords but it never sounds right. Such a great and interesting guitar player!
