It's still early days but I am really not liking my new job. My new boss and I have very, very different communication styles. Policies seem inconsistent and I am constantly getting directly conflicting info about pretty much every process. The whole thing is a mess and I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall all day.

I had a job interview this afternoon. Now I'm very depressed and I hate myself. Such a bad idea to do this, wow. I did so terrible, I am so embarrassed

Sort of? But not really? I'm settling in and am caring less and therefore I am a bit less stressed, but the stuff I complained about has not changed.
