I watched Venom with my Nephew this morning. It was fine, not really any worse than other superhero movies. I don't really understand why it got so much hate.

Tom Hardy is a real gem. I'm sure Venom would have sucked without him, but I enjoyed it.

My brother doesn't like Tom Hardy. He thinks he's one note.

I love Bronson.

He actually watched tinker, tonka, tailor, spy very recently and agreed that Tom Hardy was good in it. Honestly, when I pressed him on his opinion he had trouble backing it up.

His best roles are Bronson, Tinka Taka Soldier Man, and that Youtube video where he is rapping with a baby strapped to his chest

Hardy is ok, but his Bane and Mad Max kinda sucked.

I remembered liking him in Mad Max, but that was before I'd seen the Mel Gibson version. I should re-watch it some time.

I'm not a big fan of the Nolan batman movies, so I don't really remember his Bane.

i don't think he was given much to work with in mad max...it seemed like theron's was more of the main character

I agree but it still irked me. Maybe I wanted more Mel Gibson, though his Mad Max was never very mad.
