A cultural difference. Most asian countries people wear masks if they’re sick in order to prevent you getting sick.
You’ll see that everywhere for decades not just now. From Japan to Singapore. All over.

As it now applies to all of us, assume you have the virus and anyone around you also could and take necessary precautions.
