Yeah, that thing was such a knuckler.

Does anyone else think the color guy for these games sounds like Troy Aikman?

Yeah. Isn't it Tony Meola?

I have no idea who Tony Meola is, but I do know he sounds like Aikman. I was really confused tuning in the other day.

How many years ago? (My very limited knowledge of soccer only goes back about 12 years).

He was on a few WC teams in the 90's, first one in 1990 I think

I wish Brazil & France could meet in the final instead of the Semis

Ive really enjoyed watching without the agnst of wondering when USMNT will lose.

Plus, Mexicos tournament was so predictable. They beat an old Germany team, cried like they won the tournament, got cracked open like a coconut by Sweden, bleached their hair blonde, then were helpless against a so so Brazil performance.

True.

I'm glad Mexico lost too.

Top match and got to feel for Japan. Belgium vs Brazil should be a good one too.

I thought Mexico played well and they just miss a target man. I could do without Brazil in this tournament now. They haven't impressed me much at all.

I'd argue Russia should be banned from any and ALL international competitions.

Wouldn’t that require the governing body to be somewhat free of corruption?
