I’ve had this prime rib salting uncovered in the fridge for 2 days now. I’m still debating roasting it or sous vid’ing it.

I’m not a fan of Italian parsley, but it works pretty well in this one quinoa salad recipe I make. Either I grabbed a larger bunch than usual or it had a more potent flavor, but it’s on the very edge of absolutely ruining the entire batch I made

i use italian parsley as a modest ingredient a lot. sometimes i even put it in salads.
