Nocturne.
One of the Welcome To Blumhouse series at Amazon Prime. Liked it. Very stylish, some nice framing. Cool acting. It was more like a good episode from Into The Dark than a feature film, but it was alright.
Blackhat.
Finally, i saw this one. I dont know what took me so long to watch it again and this time finish it. Its great. Looks amazing, Mann is so fucking good. Great action sequences. I cant wait for Tokyo Vice.

I agree that Mann´s worst is Public Enemy. Thats why i liked this one a lot more, the digital approach is gorgeous again. Hemsworth wasnt the ideal choice for this character but its not that far away from other..and his relationship with the chinese girl seemed true and honest.
Also, the sequence with the car exploding and the street shooting was super cool.
Yeah, Miami Vice is a classic. A true classic.

I do remember really liking the digital vibe. But he's been doing that since Collateral I think? The story in this one just didn't stick with me at all.
yeah, but i looked awful in Public Enemies. I was super worried about it.

It Comes At Night got to me far more than I expected. I'm sure some of that is the current pandemic (didn't know a sickness, masks & gloves were a big part of the premise) and even more had to do with watching it in a small house in the mountains. Still, it got under my skin. Big time.
Joel Edgerton continues to be the best actor that people don't talk about enough.
