Couple questions.

I think for the 2016 tour when I put in for tickets you could put in a preference for either floor or seats. I put in for both this time for some or the Canadian shows to better my chances but do they just assume everyone’s preference would be floor?

Also, since their honouring past tickets, should I assume that if I don’t get floor my ten club seats are not gonna be great even with a good number? Assuming this because everyone that got tickets last time probably kept em so what’s left is the lower end tickets.

Thanks.

We have no clue how these questions will be answered, and 10C or ticketmaster can't really answer either. The 10C lottery for rescheduled shows is only going to be for the people that asked for refunds on their 10C tickets. It's impossible to know, because people have through tomorrow to request refunds.

Just as a guess, I would assume that you have nearly zero shot at floor seats - the demand for these are high based on the chatter I see. IIRC, every show was sold out or very close other than OK.

Based on what I read on the PJ, the people who win the 10C recycled seats will still have the best go to the ones with best seniority. Does that mean you will get 'bad' seats? We have no idea.

Thanks for the answer!

Hoping for the best regardless. Dates never lined up last time but now they do.

i know people have been saying this for a while, but it is now clear there is very little reason to be in the 10C.

I guess I'm confused on how this is proof that 10C is a shit show. All but four shows are previous sellouts from 2020 (or near sellouts) that are just a lotto for the returned seats - those were potentially going to be very limited quantities. I'm also seeing a lot of happy people for the newly added shows.

10C obviously has its problems, but I'm not sure this is proof of it.

I never said 10C is a shit show but as a whole this ticket process is way more complicated than it needs to be. A majority of the problems seem to stem from ticketmaster and the disconnect between them and 10C. I just got unlucky that my Baltimore show got cancelled and then trying to get back into any kind of lottery or presale has been close to impossible even as a 10C member.

Because they should have given those of us with Baltimore tickets first crack at Camden. Not hard. Just fucked us all over.

Eh, i mean, i think it just sucks. I dont think they have to make that up to you. Wasn't it cancelled because the arena is getting renovated?

"hey camden fans, sorry, baltimore gets first crack because of..."

I dont mean to be insensitive. I was hoping to go to baltimore! its just....i dont know....it just sucks.

Add on top that not many tickets were available this time because clearly not many people released their tickets from the first time.

Sucks that PJ only play 15 shows or so every tour, that doesnt help.

And ticketmaster generally does suck.

I miss sending in notecards requesting shows!

Yeah, the 'is this ticket process fair, efficient, etc.' discussion is rendered moot if they just played more shows.

Ohana lineup being announced Monday. I’ll assume pj will play but who knows. I’m sure earthlings will play as chili peps I believe are wrapped up by then.

I really had a lovely time last summer. Definitely can’t stand and hold a spot in a festival crowd anymore though.

Gonna start eyeballing hotels and whatnot this weekend though…

Night two of the second weekend we didn’t even try holding a spot all day. We sat in the front row of the bleachers and it was glorious
