If I was making odds for a prop bet I'd make this
-5000 for yes and +2000 for no.
With the odds I gave you, you would've won $20:

And he's survived by his wife! She's 100. What's in the water down there? I wonder if they lived in a blue zone?

I've only seen 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Paths of Glory and The Vikings. I have The Final Countdown, The Heroes of Telemark, The Indian Fighter and Lonely are the Brave. I almost watched the Telemark movie 10 times last year. I gotta get to them.

The Final Countdown was the first movie that I remember seeing that dealt with time travel and the consequences of it. I saw it when I was really young. I love it.

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Portis's dialog in True Grit is some of my favorite ever. Maddie Ross is one of the great characters. I honestly had no idea he was still alive!
